IM in Libraries

IM is one of the most popular ways to communicate thes days especially with the teens. It's fast and fun especially with all the cool graphics. In the library I'm not sure this is the best way to communicate with customers. The convience is nice for customers who do not have access to our libraries. We are there at the touch of a key stroke to chat and provide information.
